The SureClose® EASY Hydraulic Gate Closer is a compact, heavy duty add-on gate closer that is designed for both residential and commercial pedestrian gates. The closer will work with most center-hinge pivot point hinges that have either a flat top or bottom rail available for mounting. The sleek and styling closer installs without specialty tools and is adjustable to accommodate hinge allowances of 2" to 4". To make sure this closer will work for you, your installation must meet the following requirements:

• Hinge pivot point MUST fall within range (Minimum 2" to Maximum of 4").
• Gate must be completely flat where it is to mount - no arch, pickets, or caps can be in the way.
• Closer may be able to be installed under the bottom of a gate if certain conditions are met (See installation manual). 
• WILL NOT WORK on gates without center pivoting hinges.
